At All Things Golden, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective bags and tags are included to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized postage location within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email with your store credit code or exchange confirmation.
